We offer the following SEO services, with general pricing guidelines included. If your SEO consulting needs are not clearly covered in one of these offerings, we will provide you with a custom tailored proposal.

Hourly Consultation

If you are unsure about your SEO needs, or if you simply need a few hours of consultation on a tough SEO-related issue, we can help. We provide consulting on an hourly basis for clients with varying needs, ranging from managing site re-designs for maintenance of current SEO positioning, to SEO "emergencies" such as dropping out of an SEO index, losing page indexing, or losing an SEO employee and/or re-structuring your team. We also provide consultation to help clients who are in the process of choosing or changing SEO firms, or who need assistance training internal teams on SEO process and methodology. Consulting is provided via email, phone, and in-person meeting as needed, and is generally contracted on an hourly basis. SEO Primer Services

The SEO Primer is designed for small businesses and companies targeting keywords with moderate to low competitiveness levels with a very limited budget for SEO. This service provides an SEO newcomer or resource-limited client with a foundation of SEO expertise from which to embark on an SEO strategy independently. It includes an initial web site review, expanded keyword analysis, link analysis, and initial recommendations for SEO preparedness.

Clients choosing the SEO Primer will receive a recommended keyword list, a document outlining initial SEO recommendations, and two hours of phone consultation to support the understanding and implementation of our recommendations. Clients choosing to upgrade to our Audit or Management Services will receive a credit towards the upgraded package price.

SEO Audit Services

The SEO Auditt is the first step towards expert level optimization. Audit Services provide a thorough review of a client's SEO history and current methodology, in order to produce recommendations for improvement. This service is suitable both for businesses that have not yet implemented SEO strategy, and those that currently have SEO resources (in-house or external) but are failing to meet their SEO objectives, and/or need additional support.

After a thorough analysis of the company web site and how it is being indexed by major search engines, we identify areas of SEO deficiency and provide recommendations for improvement. These areas include, but may not be limited to, web site architecture, SEO copywriting, content management and page content distribution, internal navigational structure and keyword strategy, as well as off-page optimization elements.

Clients choosing an SEO Audit can expect to receive information outlining our analysis and recommendations, as well as phone consultation to support the implementation of our suggested modifications. Depending on the status of a client's current SEO implementation, moderate to significant ranking improvements may be seen as a result of the SEO Audit Service; however, for clients with limited SEO expertise or resources, and/or clients who are in very competitive keyword markets, we recommend our SEO Management Services. Clients choosing to upgrade to our Management Services will receive a 10% discount off the annual contracted Management rate.

SEO Management Services

SEO Management is the most robust SEO consulting solution available for your project. We provide clients with all components of an aggressive search engine optimization campaign and as such, it is best suited for clients choosing to outsource the implementation and management of SEO, and/or clients who find themselves unable to rank for highly competitive keywords given their current efforts.

Beginning with the SEO Audit, we take your SEO project to the next level by performing page-level optimization in an iterative, ongoing manner designed to achieve and maintain top-level rankings for highly competitive keywords. We provide clients with a customized process to manage web site content production on all levels to ensure seamless and continuous SEO integration. We provide road maps for SEO-friendly content development, press release optimization, and link development designed to insure long term improvements in Search Engine Results Placement.

Our SEO Management Services also provide clients with ongoing SEO support as needed, including unlimited access to our team of experts via phone and email for the duration of the SEO campaign, as well as in-house client meetings as deemed necessary.
